Your Mendability membership, which begins with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, will begin when you click "Start Membership". Simply demand a refund anytime in your first month, and you will be refunded your monthly subscription amount and your membership cancelled.

To cancel or demand a refund, open “your account” section from the Progress Panel, select the “My Account” tab, then the “Membership and Billing” sub-tab and click on "Cancel membership" to cancel the account, or "Demand Refund" to demand a refund. Following the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, there will be no refunds or credits for partial months, coupons, or additional payments made.

By clicking Start Membership, you authorize Juniper Multisensory Therapy ULC or its successor to continue your month-to-month membership automatically for the Mendability service (currently $59 for Lite, $89 for Advanced), charged monthly to the payment method provided, until you cancel.
